1. What does my rate include?
The rates we offer via the web (sanmartinhotel.com, booking, Expedia) include a breakfast buffet, wifi, daily cleaning, and parking.
2. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please contact the front desk for more details.
3. How much is the early check-in fee?
Early Check-in: 06:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs. (Half of daily rate extra) After the indicated hours, full daily rate will be charged
4. How much does late checkout cost?
Late Check-out: 14:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. (Half of daily rate extra) After the indicated hours, full daily rate will be charged
5. What forms of payment do you have at the hotel?
